What we collect
Through the contact form
When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, practice name, province and your message. Phone number and website address are optional. We use this information only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a written plan or quote.
Please do not send patient information or health information through the form.
Through the project planner
The project planner runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored on our server. If you choose to email us the brief it creates, we treat it like any other message.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and working, for example to detect abuse.
To prevent spam, the contact form stores a one-way hashed form of your IP address with a timestamp. Records older than 24 hours are deleted automatically whenever the contact page is loaded.
Cookies
The contact page sets one cookie that keeps the form secure while you fill it in. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. See the cookie notice.
Who can see your information
Messages are delivered to our email inbox through our hosting provider’s mail service. Our hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf to run the website and deliver email. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can follow up on a project or answer related questions, then delete them. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored by our hosting and email providers. If you would like to know where your data is stored, ask us and we will tell you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation to keep it. You can also withdraw consent to further contact. Email hello@dentoryxa.site and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy regulator in your province.
Children
This website is intended for dental practice owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of the page.
